We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom orders.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at admin@rabhallc.com.
